Have been searching for a way to extract app Documents&Data from an iOS app, but all my searches keep pointing me to tools like iMazing and iphonebackupextractor which seem to work well for data in a backup, but from what I understand a lot of data in recent iOS apps doesn't make it into the backups, so this hasn't worked for me.
